I put together a salad which consisted of spinach, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, carrots, garlic croutons, a couple of crockpot cooked bbq chicken thighs and a little bit of thousand island dressing. Nice big bowl of that, made for a pretty good brought-to-work lunch.

Today I pigged out and had two grape skins. Honestly I try not to eat and when I feel faint I eat a cube of cheese because I am only one stomach flew away from my ideal size.
